Who we are

This website is run by Tecton Construction. You can contact us about this notice at enquiries@tectonconstruction.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what you type into our enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), project location, project type, approximate budget and the message you write.

How we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and to talk to you about your project. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Our legal basis

We handle your details because you asked us to get in touch, and because it is in our legitimate interest to respond to enquiries about our services.

Who handles your details

Form submissions are received by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to us by email. Our email is provided by IONOS. These providers process data on our behalf and may do so outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

If no project goes ahead, we normally delete enquiry details within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as needed for the work and our legal obligations.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
